Sex on the Peach
Ingredients
– 1/2oz white rum
– 1/4 maraschino liqueur
– 3/4oz creme de peche
– 1/2oz lemon juice
– 1/2oz peach simple syrup
– 1/4oz grenadine
– 1 dash cherry bitters
– 2 dashes peach bitters
– mint sprig

If 3 liquors don’t help get the party started, I don’t know what will… and we’re not done! The mixers include a fresh peach simple syrup, a splash of grenadine, lemon juice and both cherry and peach bitters. Shake that up and serve over ice. We’re still not done! The finishing touch is my favorite. Fill a syringe with a combination of peaches and cream ice cream and overproof rum for a “float”. It sounds crazy but it is AMAZING! Finally, finish with a mint sprig garnish and get ready to take your taste buds for a ride to the “peach”. This cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and packs just a little bit of punch.
To make: Combine rum, maraschino liqueur, creme de peche, peach simple syrup, grenadine, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker. Shake and serve in a tiki glass with crushed ice. To top, combine equal parts (1/4-1/2oz each of overproof rum and peaches and cream ice cream) in a syringe and top. Garnish with mint.
