The White Witch
Ingredients
– 1 spoonful blueberry preserves
– 1.5oz Scout & Cellar Mixable (or vodka)
– 1 oz Orange Liqueur
– 1.5oz white cranberry juice
– 0.5oz lemon juice

You could easily swap the mixable for vodka and the result would be the same… DELICIOUS! We start by adding blueberry preserves in the bottom of the glass and you can either leave them there for a layered looking cocktail or stir them into the drink to add a little sweetness and that hint of blueberry.
How To: Add blueberry preserves to the bottom of a stemless martini glass. Combining remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and slowly pour down the side of a stemless martini glass, being careful not to disturb the preserves on the bottom. Garnish with a lavender sprig and a few freeze dried blueberries.
